Waiting to die
The BBC is following the lives of seven people from a community in Lesotho, as they struggle to live with the HIV crisis.
For World Aids Day, counsellor Joseph Ramokoatsi – who is HIV-positive - tells of a typical day at the clinic in St Rodrigue.
"The work that I do here is my passion," he says. "When Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF)came here, I was just another sick man waiting to die."
